Job Summary

Lead historian and visualization software projects end to end, from user requirements and functional design through implementation, dependencies, and constraints. Run customer meetings, design workshops, training, and testing while tracking progress and reporting to stakeholders. Manage delivery within budget and timelines and develop design documents (FDS, DDS, test procedures, training manuals). Drive cross-functional execution across integration, dashboard, and reporting teams, including PHD historian and HMI visualization delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead multiple historian and visualization projects with end-to-end delivery from requirements through implementation.
•Handle dependencies and constraints while delivering functional design and engineering activities according to plan.
•Lead customer meetings including KOM, design workshops, trainings, and testing.
•Track schedule progress and report status regularly to stakeholders; manage customer expectations on budget and timelines.
•Develop design documents (FDS, DDS, test procedures, training manuals) and translate functional requirements to technical requirements; coordinate cross-functional integration, dashboard, and reporting execution.

Key Requirements

•10-13 years of experience leading and implementing historian application projects using PHD, OSIsoft PI, Aspen IP21, visualizations, and reports.
•Expertise in process data historian configuration and troubleshooting, including transferring plant data from L2 to L4 business network.
•Ability to develop and modify Human Machine Interface (HMI) graphics.
•Experience writing Excel VBA (Visual Basic) programs.
•Experience leading and implementing process data historian and data visualization projects.
