Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze sales, market, and inventory data in close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to support planning decisions.
  • •Develop and improve demand forecasts to ensure products are available at the right time and in the right quantity.
  • •Use scenario analyses to assess opportunities and risks and derive actionable recommendations for the business.
  • •Continuously improve end-to-end supply chain planning processes and make them more efficient.
  • •Create reports and dashboards for transparency on key metrics, and investigate causes of plan-vs-actual deviations.

Key Requirements

  • •Ongoing or completed degree in business, supply chain management, business informatics, data analytics, math, or a related field.
  • •Strong analytical thinking and a structured approach, even when problems are complex.
  • •Very good Excel skills; initial experience with BI tools, VBA, SAP, or other planning systems is a plus.
  • •Clear, understandable communication across different functions and a collaborative working style.
  • •Good English skills for working in an international environment.
