Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate efforts to manage production materials, resolve supply constraints, and develop disposition plans for excess, obsolete, or at-risk inventory.
  • •Translate demand signals into executable production plans and optimize material flows for cost and efficiency to support timely program delivery.
  • •Maintain, track, and communicate weekly material readiness reports for prototype hardware builds; collaborate with procurement, operations, and engineering to ensure smooth product flow.
  • •Create post-build material usage reports compared to non-recurring engineering expense budget; analyze and maintain engineering material request data reliability and discrepancies.
  • •Develop and execute plans to achieve finished goods scrap targets and drive improvements in supply chain metrics (inventory, scrap, availability); generate credible master production schedules by resolving supply/demand imbalances.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • •1 year of experience in the job offered or a related engineering or operations supply chain role.
  • •Data automation experience, including ETL processes, JIRA workflows, creating dashboards, and using Confluence.
  • •Building Excel models, macros, and ETL pipelines.
  • •Developing and maintaining project plans for new product qualifications, implementing process standardization for pilot build workflows, and creating SOPs/documenting processes.
