Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a team of approximately 7 employees and provide guidance for OQ team coordination and effectiveness.
  • •Maintain and revise the Operator Qualification and related Training Program to be effective and cost-efficient.
  • •Participate in Operator Qualification audits and respond to agency requests with required information.
  • •Monitor qualification and training accomplishments via enterprise-wide recordkeeping to support 100% compliance.
  • •Oversee contractor OQ program reviews and assist in supervising third-party consultants, including managing scope, schedules, and costs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • •Minimum 3-5 years direct work experience in related job functions.
  • •Knowledge of PHMSA/DOT Operator Qualification Rule CFR 192 and 195 and familiarity with OSHA, DOT, and EPA training-related regulations.
  • •Competence in developing and evaluating procedural materials and programs.
  • •Intermediate to excellent computer skills in PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
