Key Responsibilities

•Own both revenue funnels (New Business & Expansion pipeline and self-serve PQLs) with direct accountability for cost of acquisition.
•Set an integrated go-to-market strategy across two motions and manage budget, channels, and messaging to fill both funnels with quality revenue.
•Lead marketing across demand generation, content, brand, product, customer, and partner marketing to drive pipeline, retention, and expansion.
•Design and scale an AI-first marketing operating model by building and orchestrating agent workflows and automation in daily operations.
•Hire, develop, and lead a lean marketing team across time zones, operating as a player/coach and collaborating with the CEO/CRO.

Key Requirements

•8+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with senior leadership across multiple marketing functions.
•Experience running both product-led (self-serve conversion) and sales-led funnel motions, and making them reinforce each other.
•Led positioning, launch, and go-to-market for a significant new product or product generation.
•Direct, measurable ownership of pipeline, cost of acquisition, and revenue contribution.
•Hands-on experience building and deploying agent workflows and automation in marketing operations; comfortable with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics (HubSpot preferred).
