Key Responsibilities

  • •Convert new onboarding opportunities in line with Group and HSBC Europe standards, in collaboration with the IBC for the French subsidiaries of international corporate clients
  • •Manage, retain and develop client relationships to grow Net Banking Income (NBI)
  • •Identify and escalate client needs requiring support from Transaction Banking, Markets or Global Banking teams; coordinate with GRM for parent company relationship
  • •Monitor and manage risks including credit facilities, overdrafts, commitments, watchlists and AML compliance
  • •Apply internal controls and maintain knowledge of KYC requirements and Group procedures relevant to the role

Key Requirements

  • •Must be commercially minded with strong business development and client service focus for Corporate customers
  • •Experience in corporate banking products (payments, cash management, trade, credit facilities, FX hedging) and risk/compliance mindset
  • •Ability to interpret strategy, engage with senior management, and influence stakeholders through advisory approach
  • •Fluent in English (written and spoken); French language skills are a plus in a Paris-based role
  • •Previous experience as Corporate Relationship Manager or Deputy Relationship Manager is advantageous
