Job Summary

Own client service delivery for Luxembourg fund administration for investment manager clients. Serve as the primary face to internal and external partners, oversee day-to-day execution against KPIs and SLAs, and manage remediation when service levels slip. Provide technical expertise for new fund administration products, lead due diligence/service reviews, and ensure timely monthly reporting, incident vetting, and documentation for client-facing presentations.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the face of Northern Trust to external and internal partners for Luxembourg clients.
•Oversee day-to-day delivery of Luxembourg fund administration services, managing communications on delays/issues and ensuring KPI and SLA adherence with remediation when needed.
•Provide technical expertise for development of new fund administration products and support client take-on via service-level documentation.
•Oversee timely completion and publication of monthly reporting, including KPI calculation and review of reporting packs.
•Manage client issues and escalation of operational items, including vetting incident reports prior to release and maintaining a daily client incident log.

Key Requirements

•Current knowledge and experience of fund accounting with Luxembourg-specific requirements and CSSF regulations.
•Strong change management skills.
•Client focus skills and ability to maintain effective client servicing.
•Strong verbal reasoning and numeric skills, with the ability to work under pressure to meet challenging deadlines.
•Excellent project management skills and the ability to review and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
