Key Responsibilities

  • •Support implementation of the project quality management system for mechanical works.
  • •Review mechanical drawings, specifications, method statements, inspection and test plans, material submittals, and project quality requirements.
  • •Conduct site inspections for mechanical systems and installations, including HVAC, chilled water, pumps, piping, ductwork, plumbing, drainage, fire protection, and mechanical equipment.
  • •Monitor contractor performance and verify inspection requests, material approvals, test/pressure test/flushing records, installation checklists, and quality documentation.
  • •Identify non-conforming work, support issuance/closeout of NCRs, and coordinate corrective/preventive actions through commissioning and handover readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of QA/QC or mechanical engineering/MEP inspection experience on large-scale construction, infrastructure, industrial, or mission-critical projects.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
  • •Experience on data centers, mission-critical, healthcare, industrial, infrastructure, or large-scale building projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of mechanical systems including HVAC, chilled water, piping, pumps, ductwork, plumbing, drainage, fire protection, and mechanical plant equipment.
  • •Experience reviewing mechanical drawings, specifications, ITPs, method statements, inspection requests, test reports, NCRs, punch lists, and quality records.
