Key Responsibilities

  • •Extend existing product lines used by millions of patients and build new ones at the cutting edge of healthcare reinforcement learning and agentic AI.
  • •Develop across Anima’s two web apps (clinical and patient) using a JS/TS stack and a serverless AWS backend.
  • •Ship features rapidly with functional/unit test coverage and CI/CD, maintaining scalability, performance, and security.
  • •Optimize for UX when building features rather than pursuing arbitrary technical goals.
  • •Collaborate in a flat, high-ownership team and communicate effectively through verbal, Slack, and Notion.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80 - 150 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrate strong full-stack ability in JavaScript/TypeScript and comfort working across key parts of the product.
  • •Expert competency in TypeScript, plus practical experience with frameworks/libraries such as Angular, Node, and React.
  • •Strong engineering fundamentals and first-principles problem solving, including applying appropriate data structures and algorithms to novel challenges.
  • •Use best practices for version control, CI/CD, and designing extensible code with “interface safety”.
  • •Have familiarity with AWS services such as API Gateway, SQS, DynamoDB, Lambda, Cognito, Amplify, or CloudFormation (or be eager to learn).
