Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee contractor design and construction activities related to the Works.
  • •Act as a key technical focal point for the design and implementation of a part of the Works.
  • •Review contractor design submissions, interface requirements, and equipment/material submissions.
  • •Facilitate the design process by managing interface exchanges, technical clarifications, and RFIs, including technical changes and scope variations.
  • •Proactively monitor project progress, lead/provide input to design review and technical assurance workshops, and review/prepare technical reports and correspondence.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree-level qualification in a relevant Engineering discipline.
  • •Chartered Engineer status (or working towards chartership) or equivalent professional accreditation.

  • •Strong background in underground works, including tunnelling, underground stations, structures, and/or rail projects.
  • •Experience in site surveys, inspections, and asset condition assessments.
