Key Responsibilities

  • •Release work orders within established Clear-to-Release (CTR) windows to meet customer delivery requirements and production priorities.
  • •Monitor work order status and coordinate activities to ensure orders progress through appropriate production queues and workflows.
  • •Identify, investigate, and escalate material shortages, supply constraints, and inventory issues impacting schedule attainment or customer commitments.
  • •Generate, print, and distribute bulk picklists and work prioritization reports to support efficient staging and shop floor execution.
  • •Prepare and maintain Tier 2 operational data, production metrics, and schedule updates; manage outsource process documentation; own MRB and Scrap Transactions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of three (3) years of experience in production scheduling, materials planning, manufacturing operations, or supply chain execution.
  • •Experience supporting aerospace, repair, overhaul, or aftermarket manufacturing environments.
  • •Experience with ERP/MRP systems and production control processes.
  • •Knowledge of Materials Requirements Planning and ERP systems/MFGPro.
