Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead day-to-day platform operations including administration, access management, configuration, incident coordination, and vendor interactions.
  • •Drive onboarding of new Operating Entities, coordinating migration of corporate rules, managing implementation activities, and delivering training for adoption.
  • •Oversee corporate rule content lifecycle (authoring, review, approval, publishing, and maintenance) while ensuring governance and quality standards.
  • •Serve as the operational interface between legal functions, technology providers, and the platform vendor to align across stakeholders.
  • •Identify automation opportunities, monitor platform KPIs and user feedback, and drive continuous process optimization with AI-enabled capabilities.
