Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the strategic future year planning process, including rolling 5-year plans (LRP) with Commercial leaders.
  • •Analyze short-term and long-term business trends across channels using KPIs from multiple sources and provide solutions to improve performance.
  • •Coordinate and consolidate regional financials, including commentary on variances focused on consumer/marketing, product, and marketplace.
  • •Monitor/control regional costs (including marketing spend), support hiring/promotion visibility, and influence investment needs based on growth drivers.
  • •Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, ensuring mentoring, teaching, and support for professional growth initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,280 - 156,600 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related discipline, with a minimum of 5 years of related professional experience.
  • •Master’s degree or CPA preferred.
  • •3+ years of people leadership experience.
  • •Fortune 500 publicly traded company experience in a matrix organization performing financial analysis and planning (strongly preferred).
  • •Strong written/verbal communication and influence skills, plus advanced financial modeling (income statements and cash flow) and analytical problem-solving.
