•Lead the development of a suite of internal applications treated as first-class products with a focus on usability and scalability
•Collaborate with the VP of Product to translate high-level research needs into technical roadmaps and intuitive software solutions
•Own the end-to-end lifecycle of internal tools from architecture and backend design to frontend deployment
•Design and build robust backend services in Python to interface with AI and research engines
•Develop clean, functional UIs and ensure internal tools remain intuitive and reduce cognitive load

Key Requirements

•4+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience with production-grade applications
•Strong backend experience with Python and web frameworks (FastAPI, Django, or Flask)

•Ability to design from scratch and make architectural decisions in a greenfield project
•Product-focused mindset and ability to translate research needs into usable software products
