Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the development of a suite of internal applications treated as first-class products with a focus on usability and scalability
  • •Collaborate with the VP of Product to translate high-level research needs into technical roadmaps and intuitive software solutions
  • •Own the end-to-end lifecycle of internal tools from architecture and backend design to frontend deployment
  • •Design and build robust backend services in Python to interface with AI and research engines
  • •Develop clean, functional UIs and ensure internal tools remain intuitive and reduce cognitive load

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience with production-grade applications
  • •Strong backend experience with Python and web frameworks (FastAPI, Django, or Flask)
  • •Proficiency with Node.js and frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or TypeScript) and a good eye for UI/UX
  • •Ability to design from scratch and make architectural decisions in a greenfield project
  • •Product-focused mindset and ability to translate research needs into usable software products
