Join the Automated Order Entry (AOE) team as a subject matter expert advancing automation that streamlines the annuity application experience. You’ll support order entry platforms, define requirements with business and technology partners, develop and execute test strategies, and deliver enhancements and regulatory updates. Own DTCC data feeds, monitor production performance, resolve operational issues, and build sustainable processes and documentation while collaborating with vendors and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a subject matter expert for Automated Order Entry platforms (Firelight, AnnuityNet, Affirm), supporting enhancements, business rules, integrations, and user experience improvements.
•Partner with business and technology teams to define requirements, develop and execute test strategies, and deliver product enhancements, regulatory updates, and strategic initiatives.
•Develop, maintain, and support DTCC data feeds while monitoring production performance and resolving complex operational issues.
•Build sustainable operational processes and documentation to improve platform stability, scalability, and long-term support.
•Collaborate with external vendors, business stakeholders, Legal, and Compliance to implement industry initiatives and ensure successful automation solution delivery.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of relevant experience supporting insurance operations, business systems, automation platforms, order entry solutions, or technology-driven operational processes.
•Strong understanding of annuity products, operational workflows, and automated order entry platforms (Firelight, AnnuityNet, and/or Affirm preferred).
•Experience supporting data feeds, systems integrations, testing, and production support; SQL and Visual Basic (or similar) preferred.
•Demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills to influence stakeholders and manage ambiguity.
•Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
