Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage a team of Value Stream Leaders across program life cycles to create cross-business product synergies
  • •Provide day-to-day business oversight with the General Manager to deliver business commitments and exceed customer satisfaction
  • •Own program responsibilities including cost, schedule, risk management, product support, manufacturing, and quality for assigned programs
  • •Lead bidding and proposal efforts and serve as chair of the Integrated Project Team (IPT) for contract lifecycle management and on-time delivery
  • •Consolidate progress reporting, manage supplier and customer relationships, and influence/negotiation to achieve enterprise commitments

Key Requirements

  • •University degree and minimum 12 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and minimum 10 years of experience
  • •Demonstrated experience supporting NASA programs, standards, or mission support systems, including collaboration with NASA centers or federally funded aerospace initiatives
  • •Prior experience and understanding of earned value management systems for program execution
  • •Experience executing government contracts, guiding teams through RFI, competitive proposals, negotiations, and contract awards
  • •Ability to lead programs end-to-end including cost, schedule, risk management, and program support responsibilities
