Pharmacist

Coordinate and assist in managing pharmacy services across dispensing, quality assurance, and clinical monitoring. Evaluate physician prescription orders for appropriateness, supervise filling and dispensing activities, ensure patient charts are complete, and perform clinical interventions. Monitor therapy responses, manage adverse events, provide patient counseling and education, document communications in the patient chart, and support performance improvement projects while training pharmacy personnel. Participate in an on-call schedule.
