Key Responsibilities

  • •Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy and 3+ years of mail order, retail, or hospital pharmacy experience OR Pharm D.
  • •Current state pharmacist license and ability to hold other states’ licenses as required.
  • •Experience supporting pharmacy services including dispensing, quality assurance, and clinical monitoring.
  • •Ability to evaluate prescription orders for dosage, drug choice, interactions, route of administration, and stability.
  • •Completion of competency/skills assessment requirements and ongoing education/training as required.
