Key Responsibilities

•Manage a high-volume book of mid-market renewal accounts across EMEA and drive on-time renewals.
•Collaborate with the account executive and channel team to secure renewals and identify cross-sell opportunities.
•Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene in SFDC; deliver consistent outbound activity to protect revenue.
•Proactively engage customers and channel partners 90–120 days before expiry to mitigate churn.
•Navigate partner-driven sales cycles and contribute to a structured renewal process with ownership and solutions.
