Job Summary

Ensure inventory accuracy and operational efficiency for Front-End sheet metal production by running daily reporting, investigating discrepancies, maintaining correct inventory levels, and supporting month-end reconciliation. Manage annual physical inventory, correct material transaction issues, and lead a team of four cycle counters. Partner with production leaders across shifts, troubleshoot FabMES and routing system issues, and leverage Oracle analytics and Excel reporting to improve controls.

Key Responsibilities

•Review and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly inventory adjustments for Front End sheet metal production and incoming supplier material.
•Prepare and present weekly and monthly inventory control reports from Oracle and evaluate key metrics to recommend process improvements.
•Maintain and refine Oracle queries and reports; audit systems and processes to ensure data integrity.
•Conduct data analysis, inventory movement audits, and root-cause investigations to correct transaction issues.
•Lead and influence cross-functional teams and manage a team of four cycle counters; serve as FabMES administrator and support routing/troubleshooting and Front End MDI.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 28.46 - 33.8 hourly

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of experience in inventory management, distribution, and/or operations.
•Experience supporting inventory control processes and distribution operations, including purchasing, inventory, and warehouse processes.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including strong skills with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
•Ability to work overtime and weekends as required.
•Experience with Oracle (preferred) and ability to read and interpret part drawings; A3 thinking preferred.
