Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team responsible for IT service delivery and technology asset management across the enterprise.
  • •Create business-aligned IT roadmaps and drive standardization and simplification of application platforms.
  • •Own and transform IT service management practices, processes, and tooling; drive continuous improvement in service delivery and end-user experience.
  • •Oversee the full lifecycle of hardware assets from procurement through disposition, including physical asset room operations.
  • •Manage software and infrastructure governance: license optimization and cost management, CMDB accuracy, reliable asset records, and enterprise software packaging for standardized deployment.

Key Requirements
