Key Responsibilities

•Lead a team responsible for IT service delivery and technology asset management across the enterprise.
•Create business-aligned IT roadmaps and drive standardization and simplification of application platforms.
•Own and transform IT service management practices, processes, and tooling; drive continuous improvement in service delivery and end-user experience.
•Oversee the full lifecycle of hardware assets from procurement through disposition, including physical asset room operations.
•Manage software and infrastructure governance: license optimization and cost management, CMDB accuracy, reliable asset records, and enterprise software packaging for standardized deployment.

Key Requirements

•Familiarity with CMDB governance and asset lifecycle management.
•Strong knowledge of technology trends and ability to translate them into effective business applications.
