Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide estimating and support for negotiating change orders throughout the construction lifecycle.
  • •Develop and present cost plans, including updates at design milestones, and coordinate cost information for cost discussions.
  • •Review contractor pricing, reconcile changes, and conduct cost checks, valuations, and cost auditing/validation processes.
  • •Manage post-contract cost variances, contingency/commitment tracking, funding data presentations, and coordinate value engineering sessions.
  • •Prepare monthly cost reports and support final account negotiations, while mentoring and directing talent with minimal supervision.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related construction field.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of relevant cost management experience in the construction industry.
  • •RICS accredited or working toward accreditation (preferred).
  • •Experience leading cost management on medium or large construction projects of medium to high complexity.
  • •Strong communication skills and construction consultancy experience and/or experience on mission-critical/data center or large-scale commercial projects (preferred).
