Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with AI agents and tools to build, test, and deploy software across the SDLC with proper context and quality ownership.
  • •Design and implement unit and system tests for secure, integral code paths, and troubleshoot/enhance existing and new features.
  • •Use observability tools (logs, metrics, traces, dashboards) to monitor system health, diagnose issues, and validate production behavior.
  • •Participate in design discussions and code reviews, help with feature/element estimation, and clearly communicate status, challenges, and concerns.
  • •Take ownership of assigned work to completion with minimal oversight, raising blockers early and contributing to shared team goals.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 2 years’ experience in a related field (or an equivalent combination such as a master’s degree with up to 2 years, or 14 years total experience).
  • •Native mobile development experience building Android apps (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose) and/or iOS apps (Swift, SwiftUI).
  • •Working knowledge of REST APIs, backend services (e.g., Java/Spring Boot), authentication patterns, and relational data models.
  • •Consistent use of AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor) across the SDLC with strong context and quality evaluation.
  • •Comfortable with Git workflows/branching and collaborative development practices, plus logging/monitoring knowledge (e.g., New Relic).
