Key Responsibilities

•Learn departmental systems, procedures, and operational standards to develop core technical knowledge.
•Assist with offshore and onshore project activities and complete assigned tasks as complexity increases to build operational capability.
•Attend technical training programs and courses to acquire discipline-specific skills and knowledge.
•Support senior engineers on complex assignments to understand construction methodologies and operational practices.
•Ensure compliance with company policies, Code of Conduct, Integrity Policy, and HSE standards; participate in meetings, mobilizations, site briefings, and orientation/familiarization programs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably Mechanical or Civil) or an equivalent qualification.
•No experience required.
•Good written and spoken English communication skills.
•Enthusiastic about working offshore/onshore in challenging conditions and having an outgoing personality.
•Willingness to work both onshore and offshore where most work takes place.
