Client Service Representative (Ashburn)

Serve as a client-facing representative delivering best-in-class customer experience while providing sales/service solutions and performing teller transactions. You will greet clients in person and via phone/email, explain and cross-sell bank products, open new business and consumer accounts, process customer transactions, complete required documents, and support referrals across lines of business. The role also includes adhering to applicable banking laws and escalating risks appropriately.
