Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings using intensive teaching and natural environment training.
  • •Follow prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols.
  • •Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior and progress.
  • •Write behavior support plans, conduct functional assessments, and communicate with teachers, parents, and caregivers.
  • •Collaborate with treatment team and lead Behavioral Technician to ensure continuity of care and training.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years of experience post qualification in related field.
  • •Experience providing ABA services to children with Autism.
  • •Ability to collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
  • •Write behavior support plans and conduct functional assessments.
  • •Collaborate with teachers, parents, and caregivers; train and support families.
