Job Summary

Provide ABA-based clinical instruction and behavior reduction services for children with autism across home, community, and school settings. Collect and analyze client data, write behavior support plans, and collaborate with BCBA and families to implement individualized treatment. Lead and train caregivers, maintain confidentiality and safety, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary treatment team in a hospital-affiliated setting.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings using intensive teaching and natural environment training.
•Follow prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols.
•Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior and progress.
•Write behavior support plans, conduct functional assessments, and communicate with teachers, parents, and caregivers.
•Collaborate with treatment team and lead Behavioral Technician to ensure continuity of care and training.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 2 years of experience post qualification in related field.
•Experience providing ABA services to children with Autism.
•Ability to collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
•Write behavior support plans and conduct functional assessments.
•Collaborate with teachers, parents, and caregivers; train and support families.
