Community Development Investment Director

Develop and manage relationships with low income housing tax credit and historic tax credit developers to create investment opportunities across Fifth Third markets. You will analyze investment proposals, negotiate terms, recommend approval to the loan committee, execute closing documents, and ensure ongoing monitoring and reporting of the assigned portfolio. The role also includes building trusted partnerships with key industry stakeholders and managing risks within the bank’s risk appetite.
