Key Responsibilities

•Manage the roles of a Project Manager including client relationships, contracting, project planning and execution, financial management, technical management, change management and project team management including subcontractors.
•Own and deliver dam engineering projects and programs including business development and proposal preparation for new and existing clients.
•Lead the technical execution of projects including structural stability and strength analyses, structural design, PFMA, risk assessments, site inspection, construction observation, and regulatory compliance for hydraulic concrete structures.
•Plan, manage and lead field investigations for various hydraulic structures.
•Build and maintain project schedules, manage resources, budgets and risk, and provide guidance to junior staff.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 150,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with emphasis in Structural Engineering + 8 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
•Licensed as a Professional Engineer in at least one state with the ability to successfully apply for reciprocity in additional states.
•Minimum of 5 years of direct experience managing projects or completing project management activities such as maintain project budgets, schedule, staffing, quality control, and/or client relations.
•Minimum 2 years of experience developing proposals including preparing technical approaches and scopes of work, budgeting, and scheduling.
•Occasional travel to project sites, client meetings, and/or professional conferences is required.
