HR Coordinator

The HR Coordinator supports multiple HR disciplines including employee relations, employment, training, benefits and employee development in a manufacturing setting. Responsibilities include tracking attendance, managing Kronos attendance points, assisting production employees with pay/attendance questions, handling confidential HR information, maintaining records for state and federal compliance, entering data into SAP, aiding recruiting and interviewing, and analyzing weekly/monthly HR reports.
