Lead data-driven culture, engagement, and organizational performance initiatives as part of the People Development and Performance team. Partner with senior leaders to design, implement, and scale capability-building programs spanning role and organizational design, learning modalities, and people operations. Use analytics to measure program impact, identify patterns in talent signals like attrition and sentiment, and present actionable insights that strengthen managerial and people processes across Agoda.
