Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end design and implementation of AI-powered automation across core enterprise systems (Salesforce, EDI, order booking, ERP).
  • •Establish enterprise AI governance models, including secure data access, RBAC, and data governance to ensure compliance and auditability.
  • •Collaborate with Finance, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, and IT to ensure AI solutions are scalable, explainable, and aligned with cybersecurity principles.
  • •Deliver secure automation using low-code/no-code platforms, including testing, release management, monitoring, and incident remediation.
  • •Document designs, requirements, and impact reports for non-technical stakeholders and maintain clear communication across global teams.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years building enterprise-scale solutions with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and Microsoft Fabric in enterprise environments.
  • •Proven ability to establish enterprise AI governance models, including secure data access and role-based controls.
  • •Strong systems-thinking mindset, with the ability to map complex business processes into robust, maintainable technical architectures across multiple systems.
  • •Excellent documentation and communication skills; able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and create clear requirements, designs, and impact reports.
  • •Ability to thrive in a global, cross-functional, collaborative environment, working with diverse teams across business, IT, and external partners.
