Security Services Engineer (L2)

Manage and troubleshoot the bank’s core network security systems, including NGFW, IPS, web proxy, malware sandboxing, and anti-DDoS. Monitor and analyze firewall/IPS logs, malware sandboxing reports, and anti-DDoS mitigation to detect threats and anomalies. Execute firmware upgrades and security patches, administer web proxy policies, and provide expert troubleshooting for complex incidents. Collaborate with L3 on advanced issues and support incident response through P1/P2 bridge calls.
