Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and continuously improve the site Quality Management System (QMS) to support regulatory, customer, and certification compliance.
  • •Support internal, customer, and third-party audits and help maintain audit readiness and compliance standards.
  • •Analyze quality data, trends, and KPIs to identify risks, improve process performance, and enable data-driven decision making.
  • •Support product, raw material, and packaging specification work, including change control and documentation updates.
  • •Assist with quality control oversight (including HACCP and GMP), investigate customer complaints and nonconformances, and improve product quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • •Pursuing a bachelor’s degree at a four-year accredited college or university in Food Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or an Engineering-related field, with an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 and May 2027.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively and build relationships across all levels of an organization.
  • •Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • •Ability to work in a team environment.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
