Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to meeting or exceeding store sales and profit targets by owning KPI and individual performance targets.
  • •Serve and sell to customers while executing brand customer service standards and acting as a brand ambassador.
  • •Execute visual merchandising and in-store communication standards to ensure the product offer is represented on the sales floor.
  • •Process merchandise deliveries quickly, replenish fixtures, and complete cash register transactions accurately.
  • •Minimize loss in the stockroom and sales floor and perform store operations safely, effectively, and efficiently.

Key Requirements

  • •High school education is required.
  • •Preferably 6 months working in a sports/fashion customer- and commercial-focused retail environment.
  • •Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills.
  • •Complete all applicable training programs and apply learning on the job.
  • •Diligently execute store operations and follow established policies and procedures.
