Job Summary

Drive TikTok Shop seller acquisition by proactively prospecting and qualifying high-potential seller-partners through multi-channel outbound campaigns. Lead initial discovery pitches, assess seller fit, and support end-to-end onboarding, registration, account setup, and activation. Work cross-functionally to help onboarded merchants grow their GMV and meet quarterly seller acquisition and GMV targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct outbound prospecting via multi-channel campaigns (email, phone, social) to source and qualify seller-partners.
•Lead initial pitches to understand seller needs and translate TikTok Shop value into tailored propositions.
•Assess seller fit and identify clear pathways to GMV growth.
•Support end-to-end seller onboarding, registration, account setup, and activation.
•Collaborate with internal teams to ensure ongoing support and merchant navigation toward growth, meeting seller and GMV targets.

Key Requirements

•Proven B2B sales development (SDR/BDR) or full-cycle sales experience.
•Exceptional command of English and Spanish (written and verbal) for negotiations and presentations.
•Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to operate autonomously.
•Availability for a 6-12 month fixed-term contract, with potential extension based on impact.
•Experience in eCommerce, online marketplaces, or platform businesses is a plus.
