Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with design teams to understand design specifications and translate them into test plans.
  • •Generate test and characterization programs and design ATE hardware interface boards.
  • •Debug and characterize silicon on ATE, correlating results with bench data and supporting failure analysis.
  • •Perform statistical yield analysis, debug and fix yield issues, and optimize test time.
  • •Define and implement test strategy for new DCDC converter products and support release to volume production.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • •5+ years of relevant experience (8+ preferred).
  • •ATE experience on Teradyne Eagle or an equivalent analog ATE (iFlex, LTX, VLCT).
  • •Test program and hardware development experience for characterization and production test.
  • •Strong technical knowledge of electronic devices and circuits plus analog test techniques.
