Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and maintain the team backlog, ensuring prioritization aligns with business goals and value creation.
  • •Collaborate with product management, system architects, and Agile team lead to refine features into well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • •Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the Agile team to foster transparency and shared understanding.
  • •Define and communicate the product vision and team roadmap, ensuring alignment with program and portfolio priorities.
  • •Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (PI Planning, iteration planning, reviews, retrospectives) to provide context and clarify priorities.

Key Requirements

  • •More than 8 years of product management or Product Owner experience, with at least 3 years in an Agile environment.
  • •Fluency in French (A1 Advanced) and English (C1 Advanced) due to interactions with international clients.
  • •Experience in developing and/or using industrial software solutions.
  • •Strong understanding of industrial workflows and challenges.
  • •Proven SAFe or large-scale Agile framework experience.
