Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate medium/heavy equipment in the Feeders area and learn machine set-up.
  • •Perform set-up for second operations equipment once trained.
  • •Do TPM/assigned operator tasks and basic maintenance/requests for minor adjustments to keep process under control.
  • •Read and interpret engineering drawings; inspect parts against drawings and established quality requirements.
  • •Document production reports (scrap, routing sheet), move materials, perform Kanban/prioritized process adjustments, and maintain safety/security and quality-system compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •High school education: 4th year of high school.
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing operations or a related trade (preferably molding or stamping).

  • •Use and operate measuring instruments and required hand tools.
