Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide Shopper Marketing leadership, tactic expertise, and key point of contact to Walmart sales team, Walmart Connect and Walmart merchants
  • •Own budget management/reporting and ongoing process improvement for Walmart pantry
  • •Steer strategic annual planning of key marketing activations and strategy in-store and online
  • •Partner with BU and Central Marketing Teams to identify and develop shopper programs that align with both customer objectives as well as internal sales and brand team goals
  • •Brief agency teams and internal partners on shopper marketing activations, providing clear guidance on success criteria
