Watch Technician

Authenticate and service quartz watches in RealReal’s e-commerce centers, supporting a frictionless consignor experience. You’ll diagnose quartz movement issues, replace parts (batteries, gaskets, coils/circuits, or complete movements), calibrate timing indicators to factory settings, and run pressure, timing, and demagnetization checks. You’ll also clean non-leather-strap components and coordinate daily work across internal teams while following supervisor-directed processes.
