Internship: Change Management (non-thesis)

Join Philips’ Strategy and Transformation team within Integrated Supply Chain and support a major transformational program across multiple departments. You’ll work as part of the Change team, assisting with communication and training planning and execution, coordinating logistics and scheduling, gathering cross-functional content and feedback, maintaining progress documentation, and tracking change-management KPIs while learning in a fast-paced environment.
