Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze problems by gathering relevant information, using available means, and consulting others as needed.
  • •Route and hand over problems to others (2nd line support) and document/package all data needed for resolution.
  • •Install equipment at customer locations, including inspection, assembly, alignment, and testing.
  • •Execute upgrades by performing hardware installation and system setup/recovery using approved plans and sequences.
  • •Train and advise users on corrective actions and routine maintenance, and share best known methods within the work group.

Key Requirements

  • •Requires flexibility and openness to accommodate various work settings, locations, and collaborations.
  • •Experienced UIR Engineer with a BSc degree in a relevant technical field (Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, etc.) or equivalent experience.
  • •Technical industry experience required, and semiconductor industry experience preferred.
  • •Experience using computer applications, including data analysis tools, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
