Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with post-show sorting of recycling, composting, and landfill materials.
  • •Serve as an ambassador to band members to explain their role in achieving venue sustainability goals.
  • •Support employee engagement programs such as water bottle refill punch cards and post-show sort giveaways.
  • •Engage fans through activities or education to encourage participation in sustainability programs.
  • •Participate in Zero Waste Captain training.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.4 - 23 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Be able to walk, bend, reach, stoop, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs+ for much of the shift, including time spent sorting materials.
  • •Dedication to participate in a sustainability initiative with real, immediate impact.
  • •Work well with other departments.
  • •Experience in events; experience with zero-waste events is a plus.
  • •Maintain a positive attitude, with strong teamwork and program execution ability.
