Complete preventive maintenance, documentation, and Lockout/Tagout while coordinating contractors and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems including hydraulic/pneumatic systems, fluid systems, conveyors, gearboxes, pumps, bearings, and production machinery.
•Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems such as 3-phase motors, motor starters, control circuits, safety circuits, sensors/limit switches, and variable frequency drives.
•Provide field-level troubleshooting support for PLC-controlled equipment by verifying inputs/outputs and device signals, including Siemens PLC/HMI diagnostics.
•Complete preventive maintenance and reliability tasks, including condition monitoring and communicating routine maintenance practices to production personnel.
•Maintain accurate maintenance documentation (work orders, PM records, daily logs, repair reports, root cause descriptions) and perform Lockout/Tagout; coordinate contractors and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma required; associate’s degree in industrial maintenance preferred.
•3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
•Ability to troubleshoot 3-phase electrical systems and instrumentation, including reading electrical schematics.
•Basic PLC knowledge and ability to diagnose PLC-controlled equipment (Siemens PLC/HMI diagnostics, no programming required).
•Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications.
