Key Responsibilities

  • •Take inbound calls from customers shopping or modifying auto and home insurance policies.
  • •Help customers catch what they may not ask about, including coverage gaps and eligible discounts.
  • •Use deep knowledge of the product and insurance panel to guide customers to the right coverage.
  • •Solve problems that remove barriers between customers and appropriate coverage.
  • •Process service requests including vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents.
