Director, Cost Management - Data Centres

Lead a Cost Management team supporting major data centre projects in Spain. You will interface with clients and stakeholders across all project stages, delivering estimate and cost planning, procurement activities, tender lists and analysis, and contractual document compilation. Own post-contract cost variances, change control, cost checks, payment recommendations, valuation processes, and monthly cost reporting—presenting insights to the client.
