Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M service model.
  • •Champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns while demonstrating Crocs core values.
  • •Assist in store departments including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
  • •Work with store management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives using effective selling strategies.
  • •Follow Crocs policies for asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 14 - 16.5 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Must be 16 years or older.
  • •Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality.
  • •A team-first approach and desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • •Ability to move merchandise and manage backroom and sales floor tasks using appropriate equipment.
  • •Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance and be on your feet and continuously moving around the store for at least 8 hours per shift.
