Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out professional services engagements in a professional and timely manner, delivering projects with customer satisfaction in mind.
  • •Develop an understanding of customer requirements (project scope, technical requirements, and solution design) and lead design workshops remotely and onsite.
  • •Lead deployment, migration, and optimization of Fortinet solutions in customer environments according to timelines and quality standards.
  • •Provide trusted advisory and technical consultation during project delivery, including knowledge transfer.
  • •Complete administrative tasks and ensure project documentation is created and work is acknowledged/closed appropriately.

Key Requirements

  • •8–10+ years of relevant network security experience, preferably with a network security vendor.
  • •5+ years of experience in LAN/WAN/Internet support or administration and 3+ years with network security products.
  • •Strong understanding of SOC operations, incident response lifecycle, and cybersecurity frameworks.
  • •Network security certifications (Fortinet NSE 4 minimum and above).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in EE, CS, or CE (or equivalent experience).
