Job Summary

Lead the day-to-day performance of a Pandora store by immersing yourself in the brand while driving exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor. Coach and manage Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates to exceed individual and store sales goals, KPIs, and commercial targets. Ensure visual merchandising and operational processes are implemented on time, provide real-time feedback, and partner with leadership and HR to address performance and policy issues.
