Key Requirements

  • •Have significant experience developing large-scale live entertainment, touring productions, or immersive experiences.
  • •Demonstrate exceptional storytelling skill with a narrative-led creative approach, including cinematic storytelling via scripting, storyboarding, and visual sequencing.
  • •Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite plus tools such as SketchUp and AutoCAD for graphic design and 3D rendering.
  • •Deep understanding of experiential technologies (lighting, media servers, interactive tech, AV, show control) and AI-enabled creative workflows.
  • •Over 7 years of experience as a boundary-pushing Creative Director, with a BA (hons) degree in Art, Design, or similar.
