Lead the creative development of large-scale immersive entertainment projects from concept through delivery. Originates bold ideas and adapts globally recognized entertainment IPs into emotionally engaging narratives and guest journeys, shaped through scripting, storyboarding, and visual sequencing. Collaborate across production, technology, licensing, and commercial teams while directing multidisciplinary creative teams, presenting concepts to stakeholders, and balancing creative ambition with budgets and production realities.
