Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a high volume of active commercial real estate transactions, track critical dates, and hold stakeholders accountable to timelines.
  • •Support negotiations by outlining key LOI terms and partnering with legal to redline leases and related contracts.
  • •Coordinate due diligence as the central point of contact, pulling in the right experts across Legal, Finance, and Construction/Utilities.
  • •Drive deal closing by managing the closing checklist and ensuring contingencies (zoning, title, survey, environmental) are cleared.
  • •Create Investment Committee deal summaries and memos, including pro formas and sensitivity analyses, and maintain a single source of truth in the real estate database.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • •7+ years of experience, including at least 3+ years in commercial real estate transactions, development, or real estate private equity.
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage transactions from LOI through execution (closer mindset).
  • •Strong analytical proficiency, including advanced Excel or Google Sheets for financial modeling.
  • •Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and reside in Miami, FL, Las Vegas, NV, or Phoenix, AZ.
